Ronnie Lee Cary, 58, of Glasgow died after a sudden illness Tuesday, March 20, 2012 in Glasgow. Ronnie was born in Glasgow, a son of the late Marshall and Doris Milam Cary. He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church and was retired from the U.S. Army, 623rd Field Artillery, KY Natl. Guard unit in Tompkinsville, serving his country in Desert Storm. He is survived by his 5 children; Joey Hurt of Glasgow, Dr. Amber Hurt of Bowling Green, Annie (Scott) Thompson of Horse Cave, Aimee (Andy) Grinstead of Glasgow and Justin Cary of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Kellen Thompson of Horse Cave and Trenton Hurt of Edmonton; 3 sisters Emogene Stephens, Becky Foster and his twin sister Donnie (Jerry) Wyatt all of Glasgow; 3 brothers James Cary of Glasgow, Hershall (Ann) Cary of Frankfort and Mike Cary of Glasgow. He is also survived by a special cousin, Sharon Kay Mutter and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by 2 nieces, Marla Stephens and Melinda Carver Stephens and 2 brothers-in-law Wallace Stephens and J.B. Foster. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday, March 23, 2012 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Summer Shade Cemetery. Visitation will begin Thursday at 11:00am at the funeral home.
