Rose Copas

Rose Zella Copas 89 of Glasgow died Thursday, August 4, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY. Born in Gamaliel, KY she was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Della Allen Ford and wife of the late Estes D. Copas. She was a member of the Bethlehem Methodist Church. Survivors include a son Dale Copas (Liz) of Glasgow; a grandson Wade Copas (Kristen) of Glasgow; 2 great grandchildren Gavin Stone Copas and Berkley Layne Copas; a sister Bassie Deckard of Tompkinsville, KY; 2 half-brothers J. W. Ford and Roger Ford both of Indiana; 2 half-sisters Judy Moore of Tennessee and Sabrina Deckard of Gamaliel, KY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a great grandson Wade Bryant Copas, Jr., 4 brothers Henry, Louie, Tom and Rev. Odell Ford and 3 sisters Hazel Wheeler, Lena Eckles and Myrtle Davis. Graveside services will be 2:00pm Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. No visitation on Sunday.
