Rosie Katherine Bray 88 of Horse Cave, KY died Wednesday July 27, 2005 at the Hart County Health Care Facility in Horse Cave. The former Barren County resident was born in Metcalfe County the daughter of the late Freeland and Anna Coffey Gilley and wife of the late James Offie Bray. Mrs. Bray was a retired cook at the former Liberty Street School Lunchroom in Glasgow and was a member of the Dripping Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include three sons; Glen Dale Bray and James Gaylord Bray of Glasgow and C. G. Bray and wife Phyllis of Powell, TN; two sisters Esther McDonald of Glasgow and Bea Devore of Wabash, IN; Eight grandchildren Cheryl (Paul) Law of Powell, TN; Stephen Bray of Germantown, MD; Laura (Sam) Law of Sweetgrass, Montana; Daniel (Jessica) Bray of Clinton, TN; Kathy (Richard) Hagan of Petersburg, VA; Jimmy (Stella) Bray,Lisa Bray and John (Trina) Bray all of Glasgow. Eight great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday July 29, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Big Meadow Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:30pm until 8:00pm. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association, 3703 Taylorsville Rd. Ste. 102, Louisville, KY 40220-1330.
