Roy Duvall

Roy Duvall 84 of Glasgow died Saturday July 31, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Glasgow, KY the son of the late Fred and Iva Lee Sharp Duvall. Mr. Duvall was retired after 37 years with Midway Wholesale Grocery Company and was a member of the Park City United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Juanita White Duvall, 1 son Roy E. Duvall and wife Shirley of Hendersonville, TN; 2 daughters Anita Kirkland and husband James of Tallahassee, FL and Carolyn Bell and husband Mike of Glasgow; 1 sister Clarine Witty of Glasgow; 4 brothers James, Robert Lee, Ralph and Carl Duvall all of Glasgow; 7 grandchildren Todd Duvall and wife Myra, Tyminda Stanley and husband Brian, Kim Goldman and husband Marty, Candace Proffitt and husband Scott, Micah Reece and husband James, Brandon Bell and Adam Kirkland and wife Kellii; 2 step grandchildren Dana and Scott Gentry; 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Two brothers Earl and Paul Duvall and a sister Dorothy Jean Shipley preceded him in death. Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday August 3, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4pm Monday at the funeral home.
