Roy Withrow

Roy Duane Withrow 75 of Glasgow died Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Muhlenberg County the son of the late Otis Earl Withrow and Floeva Allison Withrow of Owensboro who survives. Mr. Withrow served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Cave City Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. As an educator for 36 years, he retired as Superintendant of the Barren County School System in 1992. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Betty Bennett Withrow; 2 sons Duane Withrow and wife Melanie and their children Kylie and Cortney, and Chad Withrow and wife Kenika and their children Clay and Gavin all of Glasgow; a brother Raymond
