Royce Williams

Royce Wayne Williams, 65, of White, GA died peacefully with his family by his side on March 23, 2018 ending his courageous six-year battle with Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors (GIST). Royce was born June 20, 1952 in Clarkson, KY. He graduated from Clarkson High School in 1971 and earned a degree in business from the University of Kentucky system in 1976. He served in the United States Army as a Specialist 4th Class from 1972-1974. During his service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, and the Sharpshooter M16 Medal. He worked as a General Manager and Dealer Principle of various automobile dealerships in Charleston, SC where he resided for 25 years. He was a member of the National Auto Dealers Association and the South Carolina Auto Dealers Association. As a young man, Royce enjoyed playing a variety of sports, including baseball and basketball.
