Ruby Wade

Ruby Wade 89 of Glasgow died Sunday March 13, 2005 at the University Hospital in Louisville after an auto accident in Barren County Sunday. She was born in Barren County the daughter of Samuel F. Wade and Lily Witty Wade. She was a former secretary and bookkeeper for Harley McCoy Implement Co. and was a member of the Barren County Democratic Women's Club, AARP, the Samsonites and Senior Citizens Clubs. Miss Wade was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church. She is survived by a niece Laura Ellen Headrick and husband Jimmie of Glasgow; a nehew Robert Bowman Wade of Morgantown, KY and a great nephew Harley Headrick of Glasgow. She was preceded in death by a sister Laura Wade McCoy and a brother James Robert Wade. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday March 16, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 1pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
