Ruby Wilson

Ruby L. Wilson 86 of Glasgow died Wednesday November 24, 2010 at Runnell's Family Care in Glasgow. Whe was born in Barren County a daughter of the late Herbert and Mary Alice Davis Pursley. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Fellowship Sunday School Class and was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Wilson was formerly employed by Handmacher Mfg. and Sorensen Industries. She is survived by two sons Larry W. Wilson and wife Maxine of Bonayr and Dr. Jeffrey Wilson and wife Elizabeth of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Tara Spradlin (Chris) and Erin Reilly Wilson both of Glasgow; 1 great grandchild Luke Holland Nixon; 2 step-grandchildren and 4 step great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Carlos Wilson, a sister Willie Lois Peden and three brothers Lonnie Herman Pursley, James Robert Pursley and George Sherman Pursley. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, November 28, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 5pm until 8pm and on Sunday until time for the service.
