Ruth Gray

Ruth Martin Gray 84 of Glasgow died Saturday June 13, 2009 in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late C.B. Sisco Sr. and Eunice Martin Sisco. Mrs. Gray was a member of the Old Zion United Methodist Church, a former member of the Glasgow Garden Club and the Barren County Republican Women's Club. She was a homemaker and former office manager and bookkeeper for Samson Tobacco Warehouse. She is survived by her husband Kenneth; 1 daughter Carole Ann Manion (Jimmy) of Glasgow; 3 sons Sammy Gray (Pamela) of Park City, Joe Gray (Rita) of Smiths Grove and Ricky Gray (Karen) of Park City; 11 grandchildren Joe B. Gray II, Jody E. Ledesma, Kory N. Gray, Adam Gray, Susan (Russell dec.) Blevins, Timothy Manion, Sammy Gray III, Mary Wright, Virginia Webb, Thomas Rich and Meridith Bowles Parker; 16 great-gandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday June 17, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Old Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be after 5pm on Tuesday.
