Ruth Pedigo

Ruth Inez Basil Pedigo 82 of Glasgow, Ky died Friday February 13, 2004 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Mrs. Pedigo was born in Monroe County, KY the daughter of the late Dan and Pearl Branham Basil and wife of the late William Floyd Pedigo. She was a homemaker and attended the Glendale Baptist Church. She is survived by 5 sons Rupert Pedigo of Munfordville, William Danny Pedigo of Glasgow, Michael Wayne Pedigo of Home, PA, Jimmy Dale Pedigo and James Danny Pedigo of Smiths Grove; 2 daughters Sheila Faye Anderson of San Antonio, TX and Karen Kay Martin of Russell Springs, KY; 2 brothers Gene Basil of Bowling Green and Bruce 'Butch Basil of Edmonton; 8 sisters Nina Newland Shaw of Glasgow, Lauree McKee Peel of Jeffersonville, IN, Bela Basil Turner of Flippin, Eloise Cash of Smiths Grove, Barbara Proffitt of Indianapolis, IN, Antonia Basil Galia of Florida, Peggy Cowles of Smiths Grove and Juanita Poynter of Indianapolis, IN; 24 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and her husband, 2 sons Sidney Cary Pedigo and William Floyd Pedigo, Jr. and 3 brothers Remis, Ralph and James Dan Basil preceded her in death. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday February 16, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11am Sunday at the Funeral Home.
