Ruth Pendleton

Ruth Walker Pendleton 90 of Glasgow died Tuesday October 30, 2007 at the NHC Health Care Facility in Glasgow. She was born in Adair County the daughter of the late Leonard and Maine Walker and wife of the late Rollin Beckham Pendleton. Mrs. Pendleton was employee of Kentucky Pants Co. for 32 years, a member of the Homemaker's Club in her community and was a member of the Dover Bapist Church at Haywood. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Lenny and Betty Pendleton of Glasgow; two grand-daughters Sherri Davis and Leigh Anne Gassaway both of Glasgow; three great-grandchildren Luke Davis, Ben Gassaway and Katie Davis; 4 sisters Madge Britt of Glasgow, Willie Pendleton of Bowling Green, Peggy Burden and Mable Sexton both of Louisville and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Dorothy Lynch and Rebecca Estes and two brothers Chick and Russell Walker. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday November 2, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00pm Thursday.
