Sara Christine Pitcock Vincent 84 of Brownsburg, IN and formerly of Glasgow, Kentucky died Saturday February 4, 2006 at Hendricks Regional Hospital in Danville, IN. Mrs. Vincent was born in Lucas, KY on November 24, 1921, and was the daughter of the late Henry Dee Pitcock and Mamie Lewis Pitcock. She married Harry E. Vincent on August 3, 1946. Mr. Vincent died on March 14, 1999. Mrs. Vincent was a bookkeeper for the State of Indiana and several other businesses. She loved to cook, sew and craft. She is survived by her daughter Cheri West of Brownsburg, IN; her son Michael Vincent of Mooresville, IN; her grandchidren Bryanna West Brown, Garrett West, Brett West and Brandon Vincent; seven great grandchildren and two sisters Lydia Rigsby of Jeffersonville, IN and Lucille Winn of Glasgow. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Arthur D., Gordon and Wilson Pitcock. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday February 7, 2006 at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. No visitation is planned. Arrangements are under the direction of the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow. In lieu of lowers, donations may be made to JT's Hand Foundation: A neonatal Fund, 1311 W. 96th St., Suite 120, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
