Sarah Houchens

Sarah Beth Houchens 11 of Glasgow died Wednesday November 30, 2005 at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville after a long battle with cancer. She was born July 22, 1994 in Glasgow, KY. Miss Houchens was a 4th grade student at South Green Street Elementary School in Glasgow. She is survived by her mother Mary E. 'Betsy' Shipley and her step father Tim Shipley of Glasgow; her father Doug Houchens of Glasgow; a brother Dylan Houchens; 3 step brothers Wes and Matt Shipley and D.J. Calhoun; maternal grandparents William and Rhonda Hatfield; paternal grandparents Stanley and Doris Houchens and step paternal grandparents Roger and Charlotte Tibbs all of Glasgow. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday December 3, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 6:00pm Thursday and through the day on Friday at the funeral home.
