Sarah Pace

Sarah Ann Thomas Pace 76 of Glasgow died Sunday, March 09, 2014 at her home after a lengthy illness. The Barren County native is the daughter of the late Georgie Thomas and Marie Borders Thomas. She was retired from Mallory in Glasgow and was a member of Coral Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband Paul; 1 daughter Karen Deckard and husband Richard of Glasgow; 2 sons Danny Pace and wife Peggy of Somerset, KY and Faron Pace and wife Glenda of Glasgow; 2 brothers Terry Thomas and wife Linda of Glasgow and Dickie Thomas of Glasgow; 1 sister Bettye Goode and husband Doug of Sevierville, TN; 5 grandchildren Danny Ray Pace (Angie) of Maryland, Jamie Deckard (Sonya) of Glasgow, Paula Winchell (Mikey) of Glasgow, Wesley Pace and Jason Pace of Glasgow; 6 great-grandchildren Morgan Deckard, Jackson Meredith, Christian Pace, Cory Pace, Caleb Pace and Gunner Winchell. Several nieces, nephews and close friends also survive. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 4 sisters Geneva Thomas, Georgia Lou McGonigle, Barbara Pace, and Edna Stone; 2 brothers Billy and James Henry Thomas and a great-grandson Colton Pace. Funeral services will be 2pm Tuesday, March 11th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Hiseville Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3pm Monday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
