Shelby Green

Shelby Jean Green 72 of Glasgow died Sunday, December 6, 2009 at N.H.C. Healthcare in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Buford and Alice Green. She was also preceded in death by two husbands, Joe B. Wood and Forester Ray Green. Mrs. Green was a homemaker and a member of Hanging Fork Baptist Church. Survivors include her son Dennis Wood and wife Shelia of Glasgow; 2 grandchildren Daniel and Justin Wood; a great granddaughter Hailey Wood; a sister Mary Holman of Smiths Grove and a niece Doris Key of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson Cemetery at Finney. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Tuesday.
