Sue Ellen Mutter

Sue Ellen Mutter, age 72, of Glasgow, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 25, 2022 at her home. She was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on October 16, 1949 to the late Ralph and Juanita Green. She was a member of Siloam Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School, helped with Vacation Bible School, sang with the choir, and was on the We Care committee. She was retired from Barren County Schools, where she was a secretary for many years. Sue served the community in many ways throughout her life such as volunteering with Crossroads Pregnancy Center, Foster Care Review Board, Barren County Homemakers, working at election polls, babysitting, and sitting with elderly. She dearly loved her grandchildren and working in her flowers. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Follis Mutter; son, Matt Mutter; daughter, Jamie Lowe (Brad) and Angela Mutter; cousin, Mark and Betty Green, Makayla Jeffries; and grandchildren, Alex Mutter, Lauryn Mutter, Grace Lowe and Paul Lowe. The funeral service for Mrs. Mutter will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, April 27th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
