Terry Howard Racine

Terry H. Racine, 59, passed away at T. J. Samson Community Hospital, September 21, 2021 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He was born August 12, 1962 at T. J. Samson Community in Glasgow, Kentucky; the son of the late Howard P. Wood and the late Lou Mae Johnson. Terry graduated from Glasgow High School Class of 1980 and from Western Kentucky University in 1984. He is survived by his stepfather, Joe William Johnson; one brother, R. Kelly Wood (Barbie) of Glasgow; one sister, Jennie Lou Leamon (George) of Frankfort; one stepbrother, Jo Jo Johnson of Brentwood, Tennessee; one stepsister, Joanne Johnson Tanner (Louis) of Austin, Texas; three nieces, Mariah Levi (Chuck), Sophie Wood (Eric), both of Glasgow, Emily Leamon (Corey) of Highland Heights; one nephew, Charlie Wood of Bowling Green; three step nephews, Chris Tanner (Michelle) of Austin, Texas, Trevor and Trenton Johnson, both of Brentwood, Tennessee; one great niece, Angeli Levi of Glasgow; and many special friends, including, Mitchell Barrett, Robert Matthews, and Marcella Thurman. He was preceded in death by his uncles, Bob Wood and Terry Davis and step niece, Ginny McGuire. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Mr. Racine wishes were to be cremated. A graveside service for Mr. Racine will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, October 2nd at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. A. F.
