Tessa Ellen Casteel

Tessa Ellen Almagrace Casteel 14 of Glasgow died Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital after a short illness with Rhabdomyosarcoma Cancer. She was born in Oldham County, KY January 16, 1999. Tessa was an 8th grade student at Barren County Middle School and attended the Poplar Log Church of Christ. She loved going to her Ag class and riding horses. She is survived by her parents, Randy and Laura Napier Casteel; a sister Maggie Casteel, a brother John Robert Casteel both at home; and her paternal grandfather Enimuce Casteel of Glasgow. She is also survived and loved by several aunts, uncles and cousins of the Casteel and Napier families. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother Audrey Casteel and her maternal grandparents Billy John and Phyllis Napier. A Celebration of Life service will be 1pm Thursday, March 28th at the Glasgow Baptist Church with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4pm Tuesday and continue all day Wednesday at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Thursday at 10am at the Glasgow Baptist Church until time for the funeral.
