Thelma Frances Rigsby

Frances Thomas Rigsby 89 of Glasgow died Saturday, October 29, 2016 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Mrs. Rigsby was the daughter of the late Gilbert Reed Thomas and Myrtie Frances Jones Thomas. She was a former employee of Handmacher in Glasgow and was retired from the dietary department at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Frances was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and the Glasgow chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward G. Rigsby and three brothers, Robert Thomas, William Paul Thomas and Clifton Gayle Thomas. She is survived by her two nephews Bill (Sandi) Thomas, Chuck (Glenda) Thomas and her niece Lisa (Michael Ray) Elmore all of Glasgow. Several great and great-great nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 4th at A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:00 AM until time for the service.
