Thomas "Tommy Tugboat" England Anthony Richey, 20, of Scottsville passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital. Tommy was born in Glasgow on March 28, 2001, the son of Michael Richey (Martha) and Crystal Michelle Thomas. He succeeded at work as a Security Officer, through Kobe Aluminum Automotive. He was a very hard worker and loved his job and co-workers. Tommy had an irresistible smile and everyone who knew him, loved him. He enjoyed gaming, talking, and laughing with his friends. He was a very exceptional person and wanted to make people smile. He was a 2019 graduate of BCHS and member of Temple Hill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Justin Richey (Megan) of Glasgow, KY and Aaron Richey (Mylaka) of Glasgow, KY; two step brothers, Tyler & Nathen Painter; grandparents, Tony & Sondra Richey of Glasgow, KY, Jim & Ruth Whitlock of Joplin, MO, Lonnie & Lillian Shelton of Weaubleau, MO, and DiaNell & Bob Burton of Lexington, KY; great grandparent, James & Olene Richey of Glasgow, KY; nieces and nephews, Madelyn Richardson, Addilyn Richey, Chase Garrison, and Granger Richey; aunts and uncles, Letha Grant, TA & Britney Jackson, Crystal & Derik James, Chris & Heather Burton, Amy Burton and Toni Walden; special friends, Christian Robinson, Jordan Kirby, Kristen Kirby, and Jakeb Walden (Special friend & cousin); also Jaime McMillan "Mama Mac" the most specialist teacher. And his fur baby, Minnie; several cousins and his extended family also survive. Funeral service will be 2:00pm Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Merry Oaks Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 12:00pm until 8:00pm and on Wednesday morning until time for the service at the funeral home. A.F.
