Timothy Wayne Copas

Tim Copas 53 of Glasgow died Saturday, March 14, 2015 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital after a sudden illness. He was born in Glasgow the son of Jimmy and Sue Proffitt Copas. Tim was the manager of Siding Sales Inc. in Glasgow and was a member of Dover Missionary Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband and father and an avid UK fan. He is survived by his wife Lisa Chapman Copas; his daughter Jade Copas; parents Jimmy and Sue Proffitt Copas of Glasgow; mother-in-law and father-in-law Janet and Dale Bewley of Lamb. Several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Irma Proffitt and Vonnie and Franklin Davis. Funeral services will be 1pm Tuesday, March 17th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1pm Monday.
