Trandall Lyle Borders 48 of Glasgow died Sunday July 25, 2010 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown as the result of a motorcycle accident Sunday in Barren County. He was born in Glasgow the son of Elvin and Linda Moore Borders of Glasgow who survive. Trandall was a 1979 graduate of Barren County High School, an employee of Beacon Construction Company and was a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son Benjamin Borders and wife Ashley of Glasgow; a daughter Natasha Smith and husband Christopher of Glasgow; two grandchildren Blaine and Adison Smith; and two sisters Michelle Ellis and husband William Jr. of Etoile and Dana Salley and husband Rusty of Glasgow. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie Gosnell Borders. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:00pm Tuesday.
