Vera Melloan

Vera Melloan 82 of Glasgow died Saturday, January 17, 2015 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born in Glasgow she was the daughter of the late Carlie and Janie Archer Hagan and wife of the late Edwin E. Melloan. Mrs. Melloan was a homemaker and a member of Coral Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Jeffrey Mark Melloan (Karen) of Justin, TX; her daughter Pamela Melloan Mavossaghi (Hugh) of San Francisco, CA; 2 grandchildren Steffany Nicole Perales and Molly Katherine Melloan; 1 great-grandchild Jeffrey Cole Ortiz; a brother Michael Hagan of Sweetwater, TN and 2 sisters Alma Sue Williams of California and Earline Saltsman of Glasgow. She was preceded in death by a sister Pauline Lynch and a brother Carl C. 'Joe' Hagan. Funeral services will be 1pm Friday, January 23, 2015 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3pm Thursday.
