Verda Biggers

Verda Lou Biggers 76 of Glasgow died Monday November 28, 2011 at Barren County Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Cordell and Lula Shaw Norman. Verda Lou was formerly employed by Mary Marshall in Glasgow. She is survived by two sons Mark V. Biggers and wife Debbie of Glasgow and Geoffrey Scott Biggers of Bowling Green; two grandchildren Ashton Biggers and wife Melanie and Hayley Vaughn Biggers and a nephew Greg Todd Gore. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister Ann Gore. Ms. Biggers chose cremation and a memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:00 Noon until time for the service. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to T. J. Samson Hospice Program, 1301 N. Race St., Glasgow, KY 42143-3483.
