Verda Green

Inez Green 87 of Glasgow, died Wednesday Nov. 1st at NHC Health Care in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Edward and Amanda Alexander Houchens. Her husband was the late Daskel Wilson Green. Mrs. Green was a member of the Dover Missionary Baptist Church at Haywood. Survivors include 2 sons Mark (Betty) Green and Kenneth (Jessie) Green of Cincinnati, OH; 1 brother Charles (McRee) Houchens of Glasgow; 3 sisters Edna Plumlee, Violet Hughes and Carol Ann Sneed all of Glasgow; 1 granddaughter Sheri (Ken) Gregor of Mason, OH and 3 great grandchildren Ashton, Aubrey and Addyson Gregor. Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday Nov. 3, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
