Vicki Carby, age 51 of Big Clifty passed away Friday, October 10, 2014 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1962 in Grayson County, KY the daughter of Jessie & Thelma Brown Lampton. She is survived by two children, Samantha & Jason Higdon both of Big Clifty, three grandchildren, Shianna & Joshua Bratcher both of Big Clifty, and John Saltsman of Louisville, four brothers, Pete Lampton (Janet) of Elizabethtown, Galen Lampton , Allen Lampton (Debbie), & Larry Lampton all of Big Clifty, and one sister, Janice Lampton of Big Clifty. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Lampton. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday (Oct. 13, 2014) at the Watson & Hunt Funeral Chapel in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Morris Cemetery in Big Clifty. Visitation will be held after 5:00 p.m., Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
