Virginia Coates, age 58 of Clarkson passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born February 17, 1958 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Kenneth & Juanita Fulkerson Faulkner. She is survived by two sons, Alex Coates of Clarkson & Jonathan Coates of Elizabethtown, one sister, Amanda Sue Faulkner of Elizabethtown, one half-brother, Ron Faulkner of Elizabethtown, and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to help with the funeral expenses.
