Virginia Foster

Virginia Lee Foster 85 of Glasgow died Thursday December 11, 2008 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. She was born in Allen County the daughter of the late Roy and Blanche Stovall Conner. Mrs. Foster was a bookkeeper and retired from J. T. Mitchell Enterprises and was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter Linda Whitehouse and husband Bill of Louisville; a son Gary Foster and wife Sheila of Glasgow; 2 sisters Patty McCubbin of Leitchfield, KY and Shirley Blair of Vine Grove, KY; 6 grandchildren, Jason Whitehouse, Katie Utley, Tara Foster, Kayla Foster, Nick Foster and Jennie Lauch; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews including George Bertram of Bowling Green and Roy Bertram of Franklin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Virgil Foster, a daughter Karen Foster Cox and a sister Mildred Bertram. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday December 15, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:00pm on Sunday and continue on Monday until time for the service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Glasgow Baptist Church or your favorite charity.
