Virginia Jones

Virginia Earlene Jones 92 of Temple Hill died Saturday December 31, 2005 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY. She was born in Barren County the daughter of Joe Chris and Wallace Moore McGuire. Mrs. Jones was a homemaker, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star at Etoile and the Caney Fork Baptist Church. She is survived by 3 granddaughters Jo Bryant and husband Joe of Burkesville, Connie Harris of Glasgow and Jackie Radus and husband Chris of Glasgow; 6 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren; 2 brothers Glen and Veachel McGuire both of Temple Hill; a sister Christine Miller of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Raut Edison Jones, a son Leo 'Jack' Jones, two brothers Mitchell and Ernie Lee McGuire and a sister Irene Simmons. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday January 2, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Poplar Log Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
