Virginia Plumlee

Virginia Bewley Plumlee 78 of Glasgow, died Monday June 25, 2007 at her home after an illness. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late William Thomas Bewley and Mary Mae Mayo Bewley. Her husband was the late Frederick Plumlee. Mrs. Plumlee was a member of the Bennett Memorial Methodist Church in Henderson, KY. Survivors include 1 sister Maxene Underwood of Glasgow; a sister-in-law Loretta Bewley of Temple Hill; 3 nieces Monica Lile (Marty) of Bowling Green, Linda Mayberry (Jeff) of Winchester, KY and Brenda Walbert (Tom) of Glasgow and 5 nephews Mark Underwood (Rita) of Glasgow, Scott Underwood of Nashville, Gary Bewley (Connie) of Glasgow, Howard 'Jardy' Bewley of Temple Hill and Carroll Bewley of Amhurst, New Hampshire. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Clifford, Floyd, Lee Raymond, Carlos and Howard Bewley. Graveside Funeral services will be held 10:00am Thursday June 28, 2007 at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 1:00pm until 8:00pm at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
