Virginia Thomas

Virginia Lois Thomas, 87 of Glasgow died Thursday November 17, 2016 at the Glenview Healthcare Facility in Glasgow. She was the daughter of the late William Witty and Sally Brown Witty. She was a homemaker and member of the Siloam Baptist Church. Survivors include 2 daughters Carolyn Sherfey (Jackie) of Glasgow and Deborah Thomas of Nashville; 2 grandchildren Chris Hammer of Nashville and Gina Payne of Glasgow; 4 great grandchildren Molleigh Hammer and Max Hammer both of Nashville, Alexyss Payne and Hunter Payne both of Glasgow; 2 sisters Rebecca Smith (Rex) of Louisville and Margaret Reece of Nicholasville. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her late husband Adis Clifton Thomas and a brother Edsel Witty. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday November 21, 2016 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
