Virginia Wells

Virginia Nell Wells 82 of Glasgow died Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Runnell's Family Care in Glasgow. Born in Metcalfe County, KY she was the daughter of the late Herman & Elsie Huffman Billingsley and wife of the late B. G. Wells. Mrs. Wells was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church and was retired from the State of Kentucky where she worked at the Toll Plaza on the Cumberland Parkway. Survivors include a son Billy Joe Wells & wife Donnell of Glasgow; a daughter Judy Hardison & husband Jerry of Glasgow; 5 granddaughters Cherie Kerney & husband Charles, Carla Reed & husband Chris, Cindy Hagan & husband Brad, Aimee Bratcher & husband Eric and Julee Wimpee; 8 great grandchildren Emilee Kerney, Madison Reed, Brandon Reed, Kade Bratcher, Wells Bratcher, Trevor Potts, Haley Hagan, Luke Hagan; a brother Quenton Billingsley of Glasgow and several nieces & nephews also survive. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by 2 sisters Naomi Taylor and Norma Jean Tharp. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, March 28, 2005 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00pm Sunday at the funeral home.
