Wallace Christine Miller

Christine Miller 86 of Glasgow died Wednesday, June 05, 2013 at the Hospice House of Southern KY in Bowling Green. She was born in Barren County, the daughter of the late Joe Chris and Wallace Moore McGuire. Mrs. Miller was a former employee of Wal-Mart and Green Leaf Nursery and as a young adult had been employed by George J. Ellis and Ely Drug Stores as well as being a homemaker and helping her husband with their dairy farm. She was a former 4-H leader, a member of the Barren County Republican Women's Club and a member of the Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband John Robert Miller; 3 sons Johnny 'John' Miller and wife Karen of Bowling Green, Lanny Miller and wife Neva Ray of Glasgow and Donnie Miller and wife Lori of Glasgow; 4 grandchildren Sarah Bradley and husband Michael, Alan Miller and wife Amanda, Robert Miller and wife Allison and Whitney Miller; 3 great-grandchildren Rosemary and Lucy Christine Bradley and Eloise Miller; 2 sisters-in-law Elaine McGuire and Rebecca Brooks and husband Orval of Glasgow and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Glen, Veachel, Mitchell and Ernie Lee McGuire and 2 sisters Earlene Jones and Irene Simmons. Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, June 8th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 2pm until 8pm and Saturday morning until time for the service.
