Walter Earl Kinslow 90, of Glasgow, died Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at the T. J. Samson Community Hospital. He was born in Viola, TN the son of the late Walter and Sarah Lavata Chamberlain Kinslow. Mr. Kinslow was a WWII veteran serving in the U. S. Army. After WWII he was trained as an x-ray technician and was an employee of the State Tuberculosis Hospital in Glasgow where he retired. He was a longtime deacon and church clerk of the South Fork Baptist Church and had recently moved his attendance and membership to the Glasgow Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Margie Edmunds Kinslow; his daughter Neva Ray Miller and husband Lanny of Glasgow; two grandchildren Sarah (Michael) Bradley of Chattanooga, TN and Robert (Allison) Miller of Birmingham, AL and four great-grandchildren Rosemary and Lucy Bradley and Eloise and Wallis Miller. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday, July 26th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11am Friday and continue Saturday from 7am until time for the service. Alternate expressions of sympathy may be made to the Glasgow Baptist Church Youth Program or the organization of your choice.
