Wanda Sheryl Mathews 65 of Glasgow died Saturday June 21, 2014 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was born in Barren County the daughter of the late Wallace T. Davidson and Juanita Houchens Davidson. Sheryl was Homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include her daughter Stacy Mathews (Joe B. Bettersworth) of Glasgow; 2 sisters Debbie Reneau (Larry) and Vicki Thompson (Joel) both of Glasgow; 2 brothers Timmy Davidson and Jimmy Davidson (Georgi) both of Glasgow; 3 grandchildren Daphne Sexton (Jeremy), Logan Dale Mathews and Micah McKenzie Bettersworth; 2 great-grandchildren Kelton Ladd and Kendall Sexton and her daughter-in-law Sandra Mathews. She was preceded in death by her son Larry Dale Mathews. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 24th at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 4:00pm Monday. The family requests expressions of sympathy to take the form of contributions toward final expenses.
