Ward Holley

Ward Dewhite Holley 76 of Glasgow died Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at his home. Born at Park City, KY he was the son of the late George and Ella Pryor Holley. Mr. Holley was self-employed and was a member of God's House Assembly Church. He is survived by 8 children, Terry Holley and wife Martha, Patricia Carver and husband Kirk, Harry Holley and wife Kathy, Bill Holley, Gracie Busey, Mitchell Holley and wife Charity, Andy Holley and wife April and Ruth Holley all of Glasgow; 28 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Opal V. Clarkson Holley; 2 sons Samuel and James Holley and a brother Charlie Moore Holley. The family would like to offer a special thank you to his caregivers; Terry and Martha Holley and Hosparus. Funeral services will be 3pm Sunday, December 1st at Assembly God's House Church with burial in the Houk Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2pm Saturday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home and continue Sunday morning at the church from 9am until time for the service.
