Warren A Willoughby 87 of Bowling Green and a former Glasgow resident died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY. He was born in Lakin, Kansas the son of the late Barclay E. and Myrtle McConaughey Willoughby. He was married to the late Wilma Stone Willoughby. Mr. Willoughby was a U.S. Army veteran of WWII and was the owner and operator of Willoughby Office Products in Glasgow. He was a member of the Allen Lodge #24 F&AM and was a former member of the Glasgow-Barren County Jaycees, Glasgow Rotary Club and was an active HAM radio operator. Warren was a member of the Hilltopper Athletic Foundation and was a member of the Glasgow Baptist Church but had attended the Eastwood Baptist Church and the Claude Threlkeld Sunday School Class since living in Bowling Green. He is survived by 2 daughters Linda Nichols (Don) of St. Augustine, FL and Jennie Edwards (Bill) of Bowling Green; 3 grandchildren Erin Gulden (Matt) of St. Augustine, FL, and Faith and Rachel Edwards of Bowling Green; 2 great-grandchildren Ty and Karina Gulden and a brother Dallas Willoughby (Betty) of Weaverville, NC. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 9, 2011 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be at the J. C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Funeral Chapel in Bowling Green on Thursday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Friday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home in Glasgow from 9:00am until time for the service. A Masonic service will be held at 7:00pm Thursday at J. C. Kirby & Son Funeral Chapel. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Kosair Charities or the Bill and Jennie Edwards, Doc E Scholarship Fund at WKU College Heights Foundation.
