Wendell Wood

Wendell Ervin 'Woody' Wood, 79, of Glasgow died Sunday February 8, 2015 at the T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. He was born in Etoile, KY the son of the late Drewey Wood & Avis B. Pickerel Brannon. He was a Pipe Welder for UA local 502 of Louisville, a US Navy Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and a member of the Masonic Lodge #790 F&AM of Cave City. Survivors include his wife Sue Tyree Wood of Glasgow; son Riley Isenberg of Glasgow and a daughter Sherry Pugsley. In addition to his parent he is preceded in death by a son Jeffery Ervin Wood and a brother Truman D. Wood. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Thursday February 12, 2015 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by the DAV Chapter #20 of Glasgow. Visitation will be after 1:00PM Wednesday at the funeral home. A masonic service will be held 7:00PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
