Wilbur Pursley

Wilbur Lee Pursley 84 of Glasgow passed away Sunday, October 14, 2012 at his residence. Born in Barren County, KY on December 23, 1927 to the late Mark Burch Pursley and Tippie Lillian Stout Pursley. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nora Francis Morgan Pursley; two sons Harold Pursley and wife Wanda of Haywood and Darold Pursley and wife Jennifer of Glasgow; two grandsons Quentin Pursley and wife Lindsey of North Carolina and Stuart Pursley of Haywood; three sisters Margaret Crabtree of Haywood, Mildred Cheanult of Little Rock, AR and Lillian Doyel of Glasgow; several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother William 'Bill' Pursley. Graveside services will be 2:00pm Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at the Bowles Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00pm until 1:30pm at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home.
