William Furlong

William David Furlong 76 of Glasgow died Sunday March 9th at his home after an extended illness. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Willie Dow and Ruby Mae Gray Furlong. Mr. Furlong was a farmer and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Marietta; one son Jeff Furlong and wife Shelia; two daughters Carolyn Jackson and husband Kelly and Lorie Hagan and husband Bobbie; one grandson Aaron Wallace and an uncle Tommy Gray all of Glasgow. Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday March 12, 2008 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12:00pm Tuesday.
