William Johnson

William Gary Johnson, age 68, of Glasgow, died Friday, July 22, 2022, at his residence. He was born in Glasgow on September 15, 1953, to the late William Gary Johnson Sr. and the late Irene (Wells) Smith. Mr. Johnson worked as a self-employed welder. He is survived by two daughters, Shannon Pearson and Shelley Nelson; six grandchildren, Dryden Pearson, Devon Osborne, Micayalah Osborne, Marlie Nelson, Josie Nelson, and Apollo Nelson; one sister-in-law, Debbie England; three nephews, Michael England (Victoria), Daniel England, and Willie England; eight great nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, David England. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 28th, at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, 10:00 AM until time for the service at the funeral home. A.F.
