William Leonard Kingrey 82 of Glasgow died Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at T. J. Samson Community Hospital. Born at Randolph, KY he was the son of the late William Glenn and Phebe Pitcock Kingrey. Leonard served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a service manager for NCR where he retired. He was very active in the Travelers Protective Assn. and had served as its past state president and as a member of the National T.P.A. Board of Directors. He was active in Boy Scouts of America and a member of the South Fork Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife Pat Harlow Kingrey; two sons Bill (Amar) Kingrey of Fresno, CA and Rob (Laura) Kingrey of Union City, TN; 3 grandchildren Jake, Kyle and Amelia Kingrey and a special cousin Louise Smith of Cave City. Funeral services will be 2pm Friday, August 8th at the A. F. Crow & Son funeral Home. Burial with military honors provided by D.A.V. Chapter 20 of Glasgow will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 4pm until 8pm and continue Friday morning until time for the service.
