William Harold 'Squeaky' Pace 81 of Glasgow died Thursday June 28, 2007 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Roy and Lena Morton Pace. Mr. Pace was the owner and operator of the Tasty Freeze and Tasty Dip drive-ins that were popular in Glasgow for many years and he was a member of the Refuge Church of Christ at Eighty Eight, KY. He is survived by two sons Brad Pace and wife Vonda of Glasgow and Tim Pace and wife Audrey of Glasgow; 3 grandchildren Tanner, Katelyn and Ethan Pace; 1 step grandchild Amanda Turner and a step great grandchild Alaya Depp. He is also survived by 4 brothers James, Louis and Nobel Pace all of Glasgow, Jewell Pace of Nashville, TN and a sister Lois Norman of Glasgow. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Rose Atkinson Pace and a sister Emogene Pace. Funeral services will be 5:00pm Saturday June 30, 2007 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00pm on Friday.
