Willis Parker

Willis H. 'Dick' Parker 95 of Smiths Grove died Wednesday July 5, 2006 at the Barren County Health Care Facility in Glasgow. He was born in Barren County the son of the late Frank and Lizzie Baldock Parker. Mr. Parker was a farmer and a logger and was a Baptist by faith. He is survived by 2 daughters Jean Parker Lay of Glasgow and Shirley Parker Morrison and husband Arlis of Smiths Grove; 1 son Wendell Parker and fiancee' Lou Jean of Glasgow; 1 brother Sam Parker of Franklin, KY; 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth Mildred Houchens Parker in 1991. Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday July 8, 2006 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00am Friday.
