Wilma Samson

Wilma Lee Samson 76 of Glasgow died Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at her residence. Born in Barren County, she was the daughter of the late Warner and Lena Brooks Mansfield. Mrs. Samson was a member of the Browders Chapel Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband Tommy Samson of Glasgow; a son Neil Samson (Sharon) of Glasgow; two daughters Sheila Iacconi (Dan) and Angie Garrett (Toren) both of Glasgow; four grandchildren Shane Samson (Jackie), Shawna Reeves (Ron) & Sydney Garrett all of Glasgow and Kristie Gover (Rob) of Jacksonville, FL; five great grandchildren Landon Thomas, Kennedy Samson, Emma Samson, Smyth Gover and Addie Gover; a sister Hazel Taylor of Glasgow; a nephew & niece Mike Taylor (Sharon) and Margaret Gooden (Dennie) both of Glasgow. Several great nieces and nephews and a special friend Kathy Bow Riddle also survive.Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Thursday at the funeral home.
