Wilson O. Shelton 88 of Glasgow died Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at the Barren Co. Health Care Facility. Born in Barren County he was the son of the late Virgil and Nina Mae Osborne Shelton and husband of the late Mildred Lee Whitehead Shelton. Mr. Shelton was a life long farmer, a member of Temple Hill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and was a charter member of the Temple Hill Lions Club. Survivors include two daughters Linda Harlow (Leslie) of Glasgow and Brenda Billingsley of Temple Hill; four grandchildren Jimmy Harlow (Lynn) of Glasgow, Racquel Moore (John) of Glasgow, Brent Billingsley (Laura) of Temple Hill and Brittany Billiingsley of Temple Hill; eight great grandchildren Hunter, Jackson, Railey, Regan, Natalie, Ella, Ashton and Greyson; a brother Bobby Shelton of Glasgow and two sisters Louise Wilkinson of Texas and Geneva Pitcock of Louisville. In addition to his parents and wife he was preceded in death by two brothers John and Virgil Frank Shelton; a sister Betty Oliver and his step-mother Anna Wheeler Shelton. Funeral services will be 2pm Saturday, November 27, 2010 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Happy Valley Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 5:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
