Winford Gene Boyd, 82, of Owensboro passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Owensboro Heath Regional Hospital. He was born in Ohio County on September 16, 1936 to the late Harlon Boyd and Elizabeth Patterson Boyd. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Orena Embry Boyd.
