Wondal Leon Flowers, Jr. 48 of Franklin, Ky formally of Glasgow, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at his residence. Born in Barren County he was the son of the late Wondal Leon Flowers, Sr. and Lucie Imogene Patrick Flowers of Glasgow who survives. Mr Flowers was a general manager for Hardee's in Franklin, KY for 30 years and member of the Middleton Baptist Church in Franklin. In addition to his mother he is survived by his wife Mamie Ellen Chapman Flowers; 3 sons Bradley Smith, Kenneth Smith (Carol) and James Smith all of Franklin, KY; 3 daughters Keshia Cagle (Jeff), Kasandra Flowers and Ashley Spears (Jared) all of Franklin, KY; 2 brothers Phillip Flowers of Franklin and Timothy Flowers of Glasgow; 2 sisters Sheila Spillman and Patricia Wood of Glasgow, 6 grandchildren Amber Flowers, Haley Spears, Kenneth C. Smith, Leighann Cagle, Emma Smith and Jacob Spears; father & mother-in- law William 'Red' & Edna Chapman, several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter Katie Smith. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, August 3, 2009 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10AM Sunday, August 2, 2009 at the funeral home.
