Wrinda (Beasley) Tucker, 88, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, January 21st, 2018 at home, surrounded by her family. She was born on Friday, August 16th, 1929 in Butler County, the daughter of the late Hershel and Dolly Mae (Bratcher) Beasley. Wrinda was a member of the Antioch Church of Christ. She began working for the Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company on July 26th, 1954 and retired on February 1st, 1985. She also loved to can and enjoyed being outdoors. Wrinda is survived by her two sons, Mike Tucker (Jo Anne) and Dennis Tucker (Regena) both of Morgantown; one daughter, Sharon Nabours (Dale) also of Morgantown; two brothers, Darrel Gene Beasley of Bowling Green and Ricky Beasley of Morgantown; two sisters, Melvie Veteto (Buddy) and Shirley Amos (James) both of Morgantown; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Elvie Tucker; three brothers, Stoy Beasley, Stochel Beasley and Ed Beasley and two sisters, Lois Asbell and Nona Pinkston. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 24th at 2:00 pm at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro Jim Berryman will be officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dermitt-Joyce Funeral Home in Caneyville Tuesday from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 am until time of service.
